Every important decision you make is made from your body and mind communicating with each other.
Somatic Psychotherapy brings the body and psyche together to help you negotiate the challenging conditions and choices of your life.
At times we all feel like our lives could be better if we made some changes, but we can't always find a way to change or even identify what needs to change.
We all possess a deep inner knowing about who we really are and what makes us happy, and this knowing state exists in our body awareness.
Sometimes our body awareness of what is relevant to support change is murky and hard to read. Somatic Psychotherapy helps to unravel this mystery.
Life Mastery Coaching and Training is a systematic approach to happiness through understanding how the world works and aligning yourself with it.
Life Mastery Coaching and Training integrates Buddhist psychology, modern western psychology, mindfulness, and modern science.
Private therapy sessions and private coaching sessions are available in person or via phone or Skype.
Online courses and live workshops are also available.
We are all living longer, and our joints must last longer to have a good quality
As we age the risk of degenerative joint disease increases dramatically; but the good news is that this problem is highly preventable.
Joint Motion Therapy is a system of exercises I designed to strengthen and align your joints by systematically mobilizing them in every direction.
Joint Motion Therapy is based on my 30 years of practice and research in structural body therapy.
The entire system can be learned in
4 hours, and it takes 20-30 minutes a day to practice. It uses no weights or special equipment.
Joint Motion Therapy is easy to learn, simple to practice, will help you feel better right now, and will help to protect your joints for the future.
Americans spend $300 billion per year on pain-related treatments. Regularly practicing this simple method can save you money over your lifetime.
Supple and Strong: Joint Motion Therapy, my 96-page book, is available for purchase. Private lessons are also available.
